He curves the ball into the box, finding Cyryl Gadomski.  Cyryl Gadomski gets his head to the ball attempting to beat Nicholas Banks...but the shot goes wide!

30' - Nicholas Banks passes to Guillermo Puentes.  Guillermo Puentes plays a short pass to John Conant.  Cyryl Gadomski successfully tackles John Conant and gains possession for his team.  Cyryl Gadomski sees Will Hughes making a run.  He attempts a long ball over the top, and Will Hughes takes the ball.  Will Hughes attempts to strike the ball into the top of the net...but the keeper manages to stop the shot!

Varocher Oliphant is first to the loose ball...Varocher Oliphant attempts a shot...and Varocher Oliphant scores!  That's a good goal from the Whitecaps player! 73' - John Conant hits the ball long to Mark Moutray.  Mark Moutray plays the ball to Leeroy Kendrick.  Leeroy Kendrick attempts to use his skills to beat Paul Lemonds, and manages to skip past his opponent!  

73' - Leeroy Kendrick sees a run from Varocher Oliphant.  He attempts to release him with a throughball, and Varocher Oliphant is able to take the ball.  Varocher Oliphant reaches the byline and attempts a cutback, but Sam Ottosen gets to the ball first and smothers it.
