Create a Player

For a cost of 10 points, you will be able to design your own player, including name, home town, positions and allocate points towards attributes. Once created, the player will join the academy of the selected club. The attributes you have allocated represent the potential they can reach, although a random modifier between -25 and +25 will be applied so we don't end up with identical players being created.

Bribe the Home office

For a cost of 5 points, you will be able to "persuade" the home office to grant a work permit to a player you are interested in but does not meet qualifying criteria. e.g. you are in England, and want to sign someone from the Americas who is below 850 and not played an international. Or maybe you want to sign an international player from Asia who is below 600 class.
This can also be used to sign coaches from abroad who would not normally qualify for a work permit.

This bribe can be selected when making an approach for a player or staff. If the target club rejects the offer, then the points will be refunded.

Create a Coach

For a cost of 10 points, similar to the Create a Player function, you will be able to design your own coach. The coach will then join you coaching staff in the chosen position, but note he will only be created if the chosen role is vacant.
