16' - Blake Brattain chips a long ball to Edward Hyland.  Edward Hyland crosses the ball into the box, and manages to find Michael McVey.  Chris Brodie fouls Michael McVey.  The referee blows his whistle and points to the spot!  Michael McVey prepares to take the penalty.  He attempts  to strike the ball down the middle...and its in! It's a magnificent goal from Michael McVey for Finchley!  The keeper dived to the side!

16' - Curzon Ashton kick the ball off for the restart.  

27' - With a turn of pace, Bob Dolan beats Dennis McSherry.  

27' - Bob Dolan sees Tom McAndrews making a run.  He tries to release him with a long ball over the top, but the linesman raises his flag for offside!  

31' - Dave Priddy passes a long ball to Ronald McClymonds.  Ronald McClymonds passes a long ball to Blake Brattain.  Blake Brattain passes the ball to Michael McVey.  Michael McVey sees a run from Dave Priddy.  He attempts a quick throughball, but Dave Priddy  is unable to take the ball down!  

32' - Edward Hyland sees a run from Dave Priddy.  He attempts to play him through with a quick ball, but Dave Priddy is caught offside!  

35' - Aeron Entwistle finds Ronald McClymonds with a long ball.  Ronald McClymonds crosses the ball, but the ball misses everyone.  

41' - Ronald McClymonds finds Dennis McSherry with a long ball.  Dennis McSherry curls in a cross, but Mark Bethune gets to the ball and makes a clearance.  

45' - Gethin Iroegbu hits the ball long to Dennis McSherry.  Dennis McSherry hits a shot from long range...and its in! It's a lovely goal from Dennis McSherry for Finchley!  The keeper got a hand to the ball but couldn't stop the shot!

45' - The referee blows the whistle for half time. 

46' - Curzon Ashton kick the ball off for the start of the second half.  

51' - There is going to be a subsitution.  Chris Brodie is going to be taken off.  John Costain is brought on from the bench.  

52' - There is going to be a subsitution.  Johnny Kinkaid will come off.  Duncan MacCallum is going to be brought on.

61' - Finchley attempt to counter.  Anton Cairncross passes the ball to Dave Priddy.  Dave Priddy hits the ball long to Rhod Meo.  Rhod Meo curls in a cross, but he only manages to find opposing player Pat Carver.  

64' - Michael McVey attempts to use his skills to beat David McClarnon.  The opposing player is unable to stop Michael McVey who takes the ball forward!  

69' - Geoff Sheenan attempts to strike a long range shot into the corner of the net...but the shot goes wide!

70' - Ian Kyle passes to Dennis McSherry.  With a turn of pace, Dennis McSherry beats Tom McAndrews, but is then fouled.  That will be a freekick for Finchley.  

77' - Duncan MacCallum successfully tackles Anton Cairncross and takes the ball.  Duncan MacCallum passes to Paul Buchanan.  Paul Buchanan tries to unleash a long range shot...but the shot is deflected out of play by the keeper!  That will be a corner for  Curzon Ashton.  Bob Dolan places the ball to take the corner.  He hits the ball into the box, but the ball goes over everyone.  

80' - Dennis McSherry plays the ball to Gethin Iroegbu.  Gethin Iroegbu finds Blake Brattain with a long ball.  Blake Brattain sees a run from Rhod Meo.  He tries to release him with a throughball, and Rhod Meo takes the ball.  Rhod Meo attempts a shot, aiming for the corner of the net...but Scott Cattell gets down to stop the shot!  

82' - Michael McVey looks to hit a long range shot past the keeper...but the shot is parried by Scott Cattell!  Pat Carver gets to the ball first and clears.

84' - Paul Buchanan brings the ball forward, outpacing Rhod Meo.
