Dan Kinna successfully tackles John Glen and takes possession.  Paul Farquharson tackles Dan Kinna and the ball goes loose.  Elias Ras finds Juan Rochel with a long pass. 23' - Dan Kinna sees Dylan Suttie making a run.  He tries to release him with a long ball over the top, and Dylan Suttie is able to control the ball.  Dylan Suttie looks to hit the ball past the keeper...but the shot is parried by Nicholas Banks!  Majid Javid is first to the ball...Majid Javid tries to shoot the ball into the corner of the net...but the shot bounces off the post!  Sinjon Maillard is first to the ball and makes the clearance.

24' - John Coey sees a run from Matt Pennison.  He attempts a long throughball to his teammate, but the linesman raises his flag for offside!  

30' - Juan Rochel passes to Joseph Llewelyn.  Joseph Llewelyn spots a run from Elias Ras.  He attempts to play a throughball, and Elias Ras is able to control the ball.  Elias Ras tries to strike the ball into the corner of the net...but the shot goes wide!

35' - Nicholas Banks chips a long ball to Mark Moutray.  Mark Moutray passes to Matt Pennison.  Matt Pennison attempts a shot from long range...but the shot goes wide!

41' - John Reekie passes to Majid Javid.  Majid Javid attempts to shoot from distance into the top of the net...but the shot bounces off the post!  Joseph Llewelyn is first to the ball...Joseph Llewelyn hits a shot...and its in! Its a goal for Minnesota!  The ball flew past the diving keepers hand!

42' - Whitecaps kick the ball off for the restart.  

45' - The referee blows the whistle for half time. 

46' - Minnesota kick the ball off for the start of the second half.  

53' - Will Callender finds Juan Rochel with a long pass.  Juan Rochel slides the ball to Elias Ras.  Elias Ras crosses the ball into the box, and manages to find Stephen Killough.  Stephen Killough gets above the defence and directs a header down towards the bottom corner...but the keeper dives and manages to stop the shot!  

54' - There is going to be a subsitution.  It looks like Dan Kinna is going to be taken off.  Sean Meek is brought on from the bench.  

56' - Mark Moutray slides the ball to Ian Lamond.  With a turn of pace, Ian Lamond beats Juan Rochel.  

57' - Ian Lamond curls in a cross and finds Billy Saucer.  Billy Saucer directs a header towards the top corner...but the shot sails over the bar!

59' - John Reekie spots a run from Stephen Killough.  He tries to release him with a long throughball, and Stephen Killough is able to take the ball.  Stephen Killough tries to shoot the ball into the corner of the net...but its wide!

62' - Nicholas Banks plays a long pass to Matt Pennison.  Matt Pennison brings the ball forward, outpacing Juan Rochel.  

62' - Matt Pennison fires a shot from outside the area towards goal...and its in! It's a fine goal from Matt Pennison for Whitecaps!  The ball rebounded in off the post!

63' - Minnesota kick the ball off for the restart.  

65' - There is going to be a subsitution.  It looks like Ian Lamond is going to be taken off.  Mark Crookshanks is brought on from the bench.  

67' - Joseph Llewelyn finds Bradley Fenwick with a long pass.  Bradley Fenwick attempts to beat Guillermo Puentes using his skills, but is brought down illegally.  That will be a freekick for Minnesota.  

68' - Stephen Killough places the ball to take the freekick.  He curves the ball into the box, finding Joseph Llewelyn.  Joseph Llewelyn gets above the defence and directs a header hoping to beat the keeper...but the shot is saved by Nicholas Banks!
