30' - Tom McClane plays the ball to Fraser Speir.  Fraser Speir crosses the ball into the box, and manages to find Felix Speirs.  Rob Kavanagh brings down Felix Speirs...and the referee blows his whistle and signals a penalty!  Roger Comey prepares to take the penalty.  He tries  to hit the ball into the top corner...and its in! It's a great goal from Roger Comey for Spennymoor Town FC!  The guessed the right way but couldn't get a hand to the ball!

42' - Inigo McCown tackles Mike Bowen and gains possession for his team.  Richard Gwenn successfully tackles Inigo McCown and the ball goes loose.  Roger Comey plays a short pass to Felix Speirs.  Felix Speirs tries to beat Mike Bowen using his ball skills.  The opposing player is sent the wrong way and Felix Speirs runs with the ball!

45' - Tom Arnott dispossesses Eddie McArthur and the ball goes loose.  Peter McCalman sees Fraser Speir making a run.  He attempts to release him with a throughball, but Fraser Speir is unable to control the ball!  

45' - The referee blows the whistle for half time.

51' - Inigo Crear sees Alen Nevin making a run.  He attempts to release him with a throughball, and Alen Nevin runs on to the ball.  Alen Nevin attempts to place the ball past the keeper...and its in! Its a goal for Southport!  The ball went in off the upright!

51' - There is going to be a subsitution.  It looks like Peter McCalman is going to be taken off.  Spencer McGee is brought on from the bench.

Roger Comey stands over the ball, preparing to take the penalty.  He tries  to place the ball into the bottom corner...but Harry Mostyn performs a diving save, to stop the shot!  

71' - Fraser Speir spots a run from Roger Comey.  He attempts to play him through with a quick ball, but Roger Comey can't get to the ball!  

76' - Roger Comey spots a run from Spencer McGee.  He tries to release him with a long throughball, and Spencer McGee is able to control the ball.  Spencer McGee looks to hit the ball past the keeper...but its wide!

82' - Roger Comey plays the ball to Inigo McCown.  Inigo McCown brings the ball forward, outpacing John Doyle.  

82' - Inigo McCown whips in a cross, but he only manages to find opposing player John Bain.  

86' - Fraser Speir sees Spencer McGee making a run.  He attempts a long ball over the top, but Spencer McGee can't get to the ball!
