38' - Rich Lane passes to David Ainsley.  David Ainsley plays the ball to Seth Cody.  Seth Cody brings the ball forward, outpacing Euan Garmon.  

46' - Barry Winning plays a long pass to Clinton McCown.  Clinton McCown passes to Joseph Steele.  Joseph Steele spots a run from Sam MacLeay.  He attempts a long throughball to his teammate, and Sam MacLeay is able to take the ball.  Sam MacLeay tries to dribble past  the advancing Danny George...but the keeper illegally brings him down!  but he is brought down by the keeper!  The referee immediately blows his whistle - its a penalty!  John Carroll prepares to take the penalty.  He tries  to strike the ball into the top corner...but the shot is saved by Danny George!  

46' - The referee blows the whistle for half time. 

46' - Southend kick the ball off for the start of the second half.  

54' - There is going to be a subsitution.  It looks like Jasper Magorian is going to be taken off.  Roger Johnston is brought on from the bench.  

58' - Clinton McCown plays a long pass to Gethin Hayden.  Gethin Hayden sees a run from Roger Johnston.  He tries to split the defence with a throughball, and Roger Johnston is able to control the ball.  Roger Johnston attempts a shot, aiming for the corner of the net...but the keeper manages to tip the shot round the post!  That will be a corner for  Warrington.  John Carroll will take the corner.  He curls the ball into the box, but David Ainsley intercepts the ball.

61' - Barry Winning dispossesses David Ainsley and takes the ball.  Warrington launch a counter attack.  Barry Winning spots a run from Gethin Hayden.  He attempts to play him through with a quick ball, and Gethin Hayden runs on to the ball.  Gethin Hayden looks to hit the ball past the keeper...but the shot hits the upright!  Joseph Steele is first to the loose ball...Joseph Steele tries to shoot the ball into the corner of the net...and its in! It's a fine goal from Joseph Steele for Warrington!  The ball bounced off the post and into the net!

65' - John Carroll attempts to speed past Oliver Mattie, but is brought down.    The referee shows Oliver Mattie the yellow card! That will be a freekick for Warrington.  

66' - Gethin Hayden stands over the ball, preparing to take the freekick.  He curls the ball into the box, but the ball is overhit and misses everyone.

76' - Oliver Mattie finds Rex Burns with a short pass.  Rex Burns plays the ball to John McPhillips.  Gethin Hayden successfully tackles John McPhillips and the ball goes loose.  Paul Burns attempts a shot from outside the area...but the ball flies wide of the post!

79' - There is going to be a subsitution.  It looks like Mel Griffith is going to be taken off.  Mark Lloyd joins the game from the bench.
