He is unable to hold it though...Peer Dammann is first to the ball...Peer Dammann attempts to hit the ball past the keeper...but the keeper dives and manages to stop the shot!

29' - Peer Dammann sees Rickie Mattus making a run.  He tries to release him with a long ball over the top, but the linesman signals for offside!

It's a lovely goal from Alonso Helm for Bayreuth!  The ball rebounded in off the post!

80' - Bruno Sande finds Gofried Heinle with a short pass.  Gofried Heinle passes the ball to Ramon Conrady.  Alonso Helm tackles Ramon Conrady and the ball goes loose.  Bayreuth attempt a quick counter attack.  Metin Bahadir crosses the ball into the box, finding Rickie Mattus.  Rodrigo Gerke impedes Rickie Mattus.  The referee blows his whistle and awards a penalty!  Rodman Janowitz stands over the ball, preparing to take the penalty.
