18' - John McClintock attempts to beat Martin McClellan using his skills, and manages to slip past his opponent!  

19' - John McClintock spots a run from Douglas Kelly.  He tries to split the defence with a throughball, but Douglas Kelly has strayed offside!  

22' - Hugh Lorimer uses his pace to beat John McClintock.  

27' - Brian Kelley sees John McClintock making a run.  He tries to release him with a long ball over the top, and John McClintock runs on to the ball.  John McClintock attempts to chip the ball over the advancing keeper...but the keeper manages to tip the shot round the post!  That will be a corner for  Rutherglen FC.  Charlie Fairbairn will take the corner.  He curves the ball into the box and finds Arthur McPheron.  Arthur McPheron jumps up and gets his head to the ball down towards the bottom corner...but the shot goes wide!

45' - The referee blows the whistle for half time.

50' - John McClintock dispossesses Hamish Dewar and takes the ball.  Rutherglen FC attempt to counter.  John McClintock sees a run from Tom McPheters.  He attempts a quick throughball, but Tom McPheters has strayed offside!  

52' - There is going to be a subsitution.  Tom McBeth will come off.  Neil McClave is brought on from the bench.  

53' - John McClintock sees a run from Alan Elder.  He attempts a long ball over the top, and Alan Elder is able to control the ball.  Alan Elder tries to strike the ball into the corner of the net...but the shot is offtarget!

71' - Peter Telford finds Andrew MacEwan with a short pass.  Andrew MacEwan passes to Martin McClellan.  Martin McClellan runs with the ball, beating Charlie Fairbairn.  

73' - There is going to be a subsitution.  It looks like Charlie Fairbairn is going to be taken off.  Hugh Ellis joins the game from the bench.
