35' - Duncan George finds Tom McBeth with a long ball.  Tom McBeth spots a run from Hugh Boyle.  He attempts to play a throughball, and Hugh Boyle runs on to the ball.  Hugh Boyle shoots...but John MacLeod stops the shot!  He can't hold it though...Tom McBeth gets to the ball first...Tom McBeth looks to strike the ball into the corner of the net...but the shot goes wide!

42' - Brian Kelley dispossesses Robert Killough and gains possession for his team.  Brian Kelley plays a short pass to Arthur McPheron.  Arthur McPheron passes to Charlie Fairbairn.  Charlie Fairbairn tries to beat Hugh Lorimer using his ball skills, but is then fouled.  That will be a freekick for Rutherglen FC.  

44' - Arthur McPheron stands over the ball, preparing to take the freekick.  He floats the ball into the box and finds Douglas Kelly.  Douglas Kelly jumps up and gets his head to the ball down towards the bottom corner...but the shot is saved by the keeper!  

45' - The referee blows the whistle for half time. 

45' - Rutherglen FC kick the ball off for the restart.  

49' - Peter Telford sees Hugh Boyle making a run.  He attempts a long ball over the top, and Hugh Boyle is able to control the ball.  Hugh Boyle fires a shot, aiming for the top of the net...but the shot goes over!

52' - There is going to be a subsitution.  It looks like Tom McBeth is going to be taken off.  Neil McClave joins the game from the bench.  

58' - Hugh Lorimer plays the ball to Andrew MacEwan.  Andrew MacEwan slides the ball to Hamish Dewar.  Hamish Dewar plays the ball to Peter Telford.  Peter Telford sees a run from Robert Killough.  He attempts to release him with a throughball, but Robert Killough has strayed offside!

82' - Frank Napier spots a run from Neil McClave.  He attempts to play him through with a quick ball, and Neil McClave is able to take the ball.  Neil McClave hits the ball...but John MacLeod performs a diving save, to stop the shot!  

84' - John MacLeod slides the ball to John McClintock.  John McClintock spots a run from Alan Elder.  He tries to release him with a long throughball, but Alan Elder is caught offside!  

89' - Kian McFee finds Andrew MacEwan with a long ball.  Andrew MacEwan sees a run from Neil McClave.  He attempts to dink the ball to send his teammate through, and Neil McClave is able to control the ball.  Neil McClave tries to slide the ball past the keeper...but John MacLeod gets down to stop the shot!  

91' - Hugh Boyle tries to use ball skills to beat Robert Laird, and is able to dribble past his opponent!
