He tries to split the defence with a throughball, and Ron Quinn is able to control the ball.  Ron Quinn looks to hit the ball past the keeper...but the shot is parried by Alan Gregan!  Tommy McCarter pounces on the loose ball...Tommy McCarter tries to strike the ball into the top of the net...and Tommy McCarter scores!  That's a nice goal from the Edinburgh University player!  The ball went in off the upright!
