13' - Shaun Breckenridge plays the ball to Sam Slane.  Sam Slane strikes the ball from outside the area...but the keeper manages to tip the shot round the post!  The linesman flags for a corner for  Altrincham.  Richard Zane gets ready to take the corner.  He curls the ball into the box, but opposing player Ronald McCardle takes possession.  

16' - Rob Hanegan sees Danny Mairs making a run.  He attempts a long throughball to his teammate, and Danny Mairs is able to take the ball.  Danny Mairs tries to strike the ball into the top of the net...and Danny Mairs scores!  That's a lovely goal from the Blyth Spartans player!  The ball flew past the keepers hand!

21' - John Morris dispossesses Hugh Edwards and takes the ball.  Altrincham launch a counter attack.  John Morris slides the ball to Shaun Breckenridge.  Shaun Breckenridge plays the ball to Ben Adebola.  Ben Adebola finds Sam Slane with a short pass.  With a turn of pace, Sam Slane beats Fraser McCallum.
