39' - Des Baines sees Mel Lewis making a run.  He attempts a quick throughball, and Mel Lewis takes the ball.  Mel Lewis reaches the byline and attempts a cutback and the ball reaches Des Baines.  Des Baines fires a shot towards goal...but the shot is saved by the keeper!  

40' - Louis Helke sees a run from Verner Gieseke.  He attempts a long throughball to his teammate, but the linesman raises his flag for offside!  

44' - Barry MacBride passes the ball to Kai Thomas.  Kai Thomas finds Mel Lewis with a long ball.  Bernard Gerber tackles Mel Lewis and takes possession.  Mel Lewis tackles Bernard Gerber and takes possession.  Blackwood try to launch a counter attack.  Mel Lewis sees Des Baines making a run.
