He is unable to hold it though...Arthur Holme manages to clear the ball for the defending team.

22' - Jake Collias plays a short pass to Michael MacIntosh.  Michael MacIntosh plays a long ball to David Weale.  Johnny Bower tackles David Weale and takes the ball.  Peter McRay dispossesses Johnny Bower and takes possession.  Congleton try to launch a quick counter attack.  Peter McRay slides the ball to Hayden Kennedy.  Hayden Kennedy crosses the ball into the box, but no one is able to get to the ball.

Peter McRay prepares to take the penalty.  He tries  to power the ball into the top corner...and its in! It's a fine goal from Peter McRay for Congleton!  The keeper was sent the wrong way!

45' - The referee blows the whistle for half time. 

46' - Whickham kick the ball off for the start of the second half.  

51' - Bruce Quirke passes to David Weale.  David Weale passes a long ball to Michael MacIntosh.  Michael MacIntosh curves the ball into the box and finds David Weale.  David Weale directs a powerful header towards goal...but the shot is stopped by the keeper!  He is unable to hold it though...Clint Shea is first to the loose ball and is able to clear.
