15' - John McClintock dispossesses Robert MacMichael and the ball goes loose.  Conor Nolan passes a long ball to Tom Gregan.  Tom Gregan speeds past Chris McCaw.  

15' - Tom Gregan sees a run from Stuart MacVicar.  He tries to release him with a long throughball, but Stuart MacVicar  is unable to take the ball down!

37' - Conor Nolan slides the ball to Brian McVey.  Brian McVey spots a run from George McNeely.  He tries to release him with a long throughball, but the linesman signals for offside!  

40' - Andrew MacCunn tries to beat Robert Laird using his ball skills, and is able to dribble past his opponent!  

45' - The referee blows the whistle for half time. 

45' - Vale of Leithen kick the ball off for the restart.  

47' - William McCrackin finds Paul McCombe with a short pass.  Paul McCombe finds Gordon McCamy with a short pass.  Gordon McCamy sees a run from Brian McVey.  He attempts a long ball over the top, and Brian McVey runs on to the ball.  Brian McVey looks to slide the ball past the keeper...but its wide!

48' - John MacLeod spots a run from Charlie Fairbairn.  He tries to release him with a long ball over the top, but Charlie Fairbairn can't get to the ball!  

51' - William McCrackin passes to Conor Nolan.  Conor Nolan sees a run from Brian McVey.  He tries to release him with a long ball over the top, and Brian McVey is able to take the ball.  Brian McVey attempts to hit the ball past the keeper...but John MacLeod stops the shot!  He can't hold it though...Stuart MacVicar gets to the ball first...Stuart MacVicar tries to shoot the ball into the top of the net...but the shot is saved by John MacLeod!  

51' - There is going to be a subsitution.  William McCrackin is going to be taken off.  James Lynch joins the game from the bench.  

52' - John MacLeod spots a run from Tom McPheters.  He attempts a long ball over the top, but Tom McPheters is unable to control the ball!

91' - Tom McPheters curves the ball into the box, and manages to find John McClintock.  Conor Nolan impedes John McClintock...and the referee blows his whistle and signals a penalty!  Charlie Fairbairn places the ball to take the penalty.  He tries  to hit the ball into the top corner...and its in! It's a good goal from Charlie Fairbairn for Rutherglen FC!  The keeper was sent the wrong way!

91' - The referee blows the whistle for full time.
