Charlie Fairbairn shoots from outside the area...but Ian MacKenzie deflects the shot out of play.  The linesman flags for a corner for  Rutherglen FC.  Charlie Fairbairn gets ready to take the corner.  He whips the ball into the box, and manages to find Tom McPheters.  Tom McPheters flicks a header down towards the bottom corner...but the shot is offtarget!

34' - Paul Myres finds Dennis MacAdam with a short pass.  Dennis MacAdam sees a run from John Ewen.  He tries to release him with a long throughball, and John Ewen runs on to the ball.  John Ewen shoots towards goal...but John MacLeod manages to stop the shot!  

42' - Ian Scott successfully tackles Alan Elder and takes the ball.  Douglas Kelly tackles Ian Scott and gains possession for his team.  Ian Scott dispossesses Douglas Kelly and takes the ball.  Ian Scott sees a run from Patrick McNeil.  He attempts a long throughball to his teammate, but Patrick McNeil is caught offside!  

45' - Ian Scott dispossesses John McClintock and takes possession.  Ian Scott sees Ron Burns making a run.  He tries to release him with a long ball over the top, and Ron Burns runs on to the ball.  Ron Burns attempts to shoot the ball into the corner of the net...but the shot goes wide!

45' - The referee blows the whistle for half time. 

46' - Brora Rangers FC kick the ball off for the start of the second half.  

48' - Ian Scott slides the ball to Eddie McVean.  Eddie McVean passes to Patrick McNeil.  Patrick McNeil runs with the ball, beating Alan Elder.  

49' - Ron Burns attempts to outskill Tom Madden and succeeds, neatly slipping past the opposing player!  

50' - Ron Burns attempts to shoot from distance into the corner of the net...and its in! It's a wonderful goal from Ron Burns for Brora Rangers FC!  The keeper got a touch but it wasn't enough!

51' - Rutherglen FC kick the ball off for the restart.  

54' - Brora Rangers FC try to launch a counter attack.  Patrick McNeil takes the ball past Arthur McPheron with a turn of pace.  

55' - There is going to be a subsitution.  Brian MacLellan is going to be taken off.  Alexander MacLean joins the game from the bench.
