23' - Robert Laird plays a short pass to Alan Elder.  Alan Elder passes the ball to Tom McPheters.  Tom McPheters passes the ball to Alan Elder.  Alan Elder crosses the ball into the box, and manages to find Tom McPheters.  Patrick Boyle brings down Tom McPheters...and the referee blows his whistle and signals a penalty!  Charlie Fairbairn will take the penalty.  He attempts  to hit the ball into the bottom corner...and Charlie Fairbairn scores!  That's a good goal from the Rutherglen FC player!  The shot hit the post and into the net.  The keeper had no chance!

23' - Cove Rangers kick the ball off for the restart.  

25' - Alexander Weir passes the ball to Dennis Gruffudd.  Dennis Gruffudd plays the ball to Patrick Boyle.  Patrick Boyle passes a long ball to Hugh MacPhail.  Hugh MacPhail sees a run from Pat MacGregor.  He attempts to dink the ball to send his teammate through, but Pat MacGregor is unable to control the ball!  

26' - Alan Elder sees Charlie Fairbairn making a run.  He tries to release him with a long throughball, but Charlie Fairbairn  is unable to take the ball down!  

36' - John McClintock passes a long ball to Douglas Kelly.  Douglas Kelly spots a run from Charlie Fairbairn.  He attempts to play a throughball, but the linesman signals for offside!  

39' - Pat MacGregor slides the ball to Hamish MacCarthy.  Hamish MacCarthy attempts to use his skills to beat Chris McCaw and succeeds, sending his opponent the wrong way!  

40' - Hamish MacCarthy attempts to shoot from distance into the corner of the net...but the shot is offtarget!

41' - John MacLeod sees a run from Douglas Kelly.  He attempts a long ball over the top, but Douglas Kelly has strayed offside!  

43' - Pat MacGregor tries to beat Brian Kelley using his ball skills, and is able to dribble past his opponent!  

44' - Pat MacGregor spots a run from Hamish MacCarthy.  He attempts a long ball over the top, but Hamish MacCarthy is unable to control the ball!  

45' - The referee blows the whistle for half time. 

45' - Cove Rangers kick the ball off for the restart.  

51' - Alexander Weir passes to Hamish MacCarthy.  Hamish MacCarthy brings the ball forward, outpacing Robert Laird.  

51' - There is going to be a subsitution.  Chris McCaw will come off.  Ronald MacMasters joins the game from the bench.

71' - Roger Brodie curls in a cross, but Robert Laird intercepts and makes a clearance.  

72' - Hamish MacCarthy attempts to beat John McClintock using his skills, and manages to slip past his opponent!  

73' - Hamish MacCarthy attempts to beat John McClintock using his skills, but is brought down.    The referee has no hesitation in showing John McClintock the yellow card. That will be a freekick for Cove Rangers.  

80' - There is going to be a subsitution.  Patrick Boyle is going to be taken off.  George Burns is brought on from the bench.  

83' - Dennis Gruffudd finds Adam Symington with a short pass.  Adam Symington runs with the ball, beating John McClintock.  

84' - With a turn of pace, Adam Symington beats Henry McQuirter.  

88' - George Burns passes the ball to William McBroom.  William McBroom attempts to beat Robert Laird using his skills and succeeds, deftly slipping past the opposing player!  

88' - William McBroom sees Hamish MacCarthy making a run.  He tries to release him with a long ball over the top, but Hamish MacCarthy is unable to control the ball!
