11' - Patrick Kirk successfully tackles Pat MacMichael and gains possession for his team.  Patrick Kirk passes to Alan McWhinnie.  Alan McWhinnie finds Duncan McCallion with a long pass.  Duncan McCallion sees a run from William Teague.  He tries to release him with a long ball over the top, and William Teague is able to control the ball.  William Teague reaches the byline and attempts a cutback, but Pat McSpadden gets back and intercepts the ball!  

12' - Pat McSpadden takes the ball past Robert McCormack with a turn of pace, but is brought down.    The referee has no hesitation in showing Robert McCormack the yellow card. That will be a freekick for Montrose.  

19' - George Aitken brings the ball forward, outpacing Eddie Rhind.  

21' - George Aitken finds Patrick Kirk with a long ball.  Patrick Kirk attempts to use his skills to beat Brian Fleming, and manages to skip past his opponent!  

22' - Patrick Kirk sees a run from Robert McCormack.  He tries to release him with a throughball, but the linesman signals for offside!  

25' - Pat MacMichael dispossesses George Aitken and takes possession.  Pat MacMichael sees Hayden McCamy making a run.  He attempts a long ball over the top, and Hayden McCamy is able to take the ball.  Hayden McCamy tries to hit the ball past the keeper...and its in! It's a good goal from Hayden McCamy for Montrose!  The diving keeper couldn't get near the ball!

28' - Duncan McCallion slides the ball to Lewis MacIver.  Lewis MacIver passes to George Aitken.  George Aitken takes the ball past Eddie Rhind with a turn of pace.  

29' - With a turn of pace, George Aitken beats Rob McCaskey.  

31' - Eddie Rhind spots a run from Colin McBeath.  He attempts to play a throughball, but Colin McBeath is caught offside!  

33' - Patrick Kirk finds Duncan McCallion with a long pass.  Duncan McCallion spots a run from William Teague.  He attempts a long throughball to his teammate, but William Teague has strayed offside!  

40' - Brian Frew successfully tackles Colin McBeath and the ball goes loose.  Brian Frew sees George Aitken making a run.  He tries to release him with a long throughball, but the linesman signals for offside!  

42' - Brian Frew tries to beat Pat McSpadden using his ball skills.  The opposing player is unable to stop Brian Frew who takes the ball forward!  

43' - Brian Frew looks to shoot from distance into the top of the net...but Brin McBay stops the shot!  

45' - The referee blows the whistle for half time. 

46' - Montrose kick the ball off for the start of the second half.  

50' - Robert Walls plays a short pass to Rob McCaskey.  Rob McCaskey slides the ball to Pat McSpadden.  Pat McSpadden hits the ball long to Robert Walls.  Robert Walls sees a run from Rob McCaskey.  He attempts to dink the ball to send his teammate through, and Rob McCaskey is able to take the ball.  Rob McCaskey reaches the byline and attempts a cutback, but Patrick Kirk gets back and intercepts the ball!

62' - With a turn of pace, Douglas Burnet beats Robert McCormack, but is then fouled.    The referee pulls out a card...it's red!  Robert McCormack has been sent off!  That will be a freekick for Montrose.  

64' - Douglas Burnet slides the ball to Rob McCaskey.  Patrick Kirk dispossesses Rob McCaskey and gains possession for his team.  Dundee Utd launch a counter attack.  Patrick Kirk attempts to use his skills to beat Brian Fleming, and is able to dribble past his opponent!  

66' - Patrick Kirk crosses the ball into the box and finds William Teague.  William Teague gets above the defence and directs a header hoping to beat the keeper...but the shot is deflected out of play by the keeper!  The linesman flags for a corner for  Dundee Utd.  William Teague gets ready to take the corner.  He sends the ball into the box, but the ball misses everyone.  

68' - There is going to be a subsitution.  Colin McBeath is going to be taken off.  David McNish is going to be brought on.  

70' - With a turn of pace, Douglas Burnet beats William Teague.  

76' - There is going to be a subsitution.  William Teague will come off.  Ken McQuary is going to be brought on.  

78' - There is going to be a subsitution.  Gavin MacLeay is going to be taken off.  Mike McCollister is going to be brought on.

Patrick Kirk attempts to unleash a long range shot...but Brin McBay stops the shot!  He can't hold it though...John Haden gets to the ball first and clears.
