He tries to release him with a long throughball, and Wayne Aird runs on to the ball.  Wayne Aird looks to hit the ball past the keeper...and Wayne Aird scores!  That's a fine goal from the Minnesota player!  The ball flew past the diving keepers hand!

15' - Whitecaps kick the ball off for the restart.  

18' - Michael Heffernan passes to Platt Lux.  Platt Lux passes to James Bowar.  James Bowar sees a run from Stephen Howat.  He attempts a long throughball to his teammate, and Stephen Howat takes the ball.  Stephen Howat shoots towards goal...but its wide!

23' - Michael Heffernan plays the ball to James Bowar.  James Bowar speeds past Alastair Dewart.  

25' - James Bowar sees a run from Clint Riggins.  He tries to split the defence with a throughball, and Clint Riggins is able to take the ball.  Clint Riggins hits a shot, aiming for the corner of the net...but Zelipe Buitrago gets down to stop the shot!

34' - James Bowar successfully tackles Dario Rodriguez and takes possession.  James Bowar attempts to use his skills to beat Sean Meek, and manages to skip past his opponent!  

34' - James Bowar looks to slide the ball past the keeper...but the keeper dives and manages to stop the shot!  

36' - Zelipe Buitrago passes a long ball to Sean Meek.  Sean Meek hits a shot from distance, aiming for the corner of the net...and its in! It's a superb goal from Sean Meek for Minnesota!  The diving keeper couldn't get near the ball!

37' - Whitecaps kick the ball off for the restart.  

40' - James Bowar plays a short pass to Michael Heffernan.  Michael Heffernan plays a short pass to James Carruthers.  James Carruthers uses his pace to beat Alastair Dewart.  

44' - James Carruthers slides the ball to Clint Riggins.  Clint Riggins attempts to shoot from distance into the corner of the net...but the shot hits the upright!  Clint Riggins is first to the loose ball...Clint Riggins tries to hit the ball past the keeper...but Zelipe Buitrago gets down to stop the shot!

Platt Lux successfully tackles Charlie Jones and gains possession for his team.  Whitecaps launch a counter attack.  Platt Lux crosses the ball into the box, but Dave Greive intercepts the ball.  

53' - Dave Greive plays a long pass to Charlie Jones.  Charlie Jones spots a run from Asil Abid.  He tries to split the defence with a throughball, and Asil Abid is able to take the ball. 56' - Alastair Dewart successfully tackles James Bowar and takes possession.  Alastair Dewart sees a run from Dario Rodriguez.  He tries to release him with a long throughball, but Dario Rodriguez has strayed offside!  

60' - James Bowar passes to John Conant.  John Conant plays a short pass to James Bowar.  James Bowar attempts a shot from outside the area, aiming for the corner of the net...but the shot is saved by the keeper!  

62' - Zelipe Buitrago finds Dave Greive with a long pass.  Dave Greive sees Alastair Dewart making a run.  He attempts to play him through with a quick ball, but the linesman raises his flag for offside!

68' - James Bowar successfully tackles Alastair Dewart and takes the ball.  James Bowar looks to strike a long range shot into the top of the net...and James Bowar scores!  That's a nice goal from the Whitecaps player!  The ball hit the crossbar and into the net!
