Ubel Dech jumps up to head the ball hoping to beat the keeper...but the shot sails over the bar!

20' - Royce Schaber slides the ball to Ubel Dech.  Ubel Dech takes the ball past Albrecht Ammon with a turn of pace.  

21' - Ubel Dech curves the ball into the box, and manages to find Leonhard Bierly.  Leonhard Bierly is impeded by Aksel Matzinger.  The referee blows his whistle and awards a penalty!  Rainart Keller steps up to take the penalty.  He tries  to place the ball into the bottom corner...but the shot is saved by Hunfried Stoeger!  

27' - Hunfried Stoeger chips a long ball to Tahbert Stifel.  Heinz Berling tackles Tahbert Stifel and takes the ball.  Heinz Berling plays a long pass to Willifrid Joachim.  Willifrid Joachim finds Arnot Pfefferkorn with a short pass.  Arnot Pfefferkorn sees Steffen Pell making a run.  He attempts a quick throughball, and Steffen Pell is able to control the ball.  Steffen Pell reaches the byline and tries a cutback, but Goddard Marzani is unable to latch on to the ball and it goes loose!  Arnot Pfefferkorn dispossesses Garin Dau and the ball goes loose.  

30' - Arnot Pfefferkorn passes the ball to Leonhard Bierly.  Leonhard Bierly looks to shoot from distance into the corner of the net...but the shot is parried by Hunfried Stoeger!  Royce Schaber gets to the ball first...Royce Schaber tries to shoot the ball into the corner of the net...but the shot is offtarget!

42' - Arnot Pfefferkorn finds Willifrid Joachim with a short pass.  Willifrid Joachim plays a long ball to Ferdinand Hemmerling.  Ferdinand Hemmerling passes to Goddard Marzani.  Goddard Marzani passes the ball to Royce Schaber.  Royce Schaber passes to Goddard Marzani.  Goddard Marzani hits the ball from outside the area, aiming for the top of the net...and its in! It's a nice goal from Goddard Marzani for Schalke!  The ball went in off the upright!

42' - Essen kick the ball off for the restart.  

45' - The referee blows the whistle for half time. 

46' - Essen kick the ball off for the start of the second half.  

49' - Garin Dau passes to Albrecht Ammon.  Albrecht Ammon finds Adolphe Arber with a short pass.  Adolphe Arber plays a long pass to Garin Dau.  Ubel Dech successfully tackles Garin Dau and gains possession for his team.  Ubel Dech spots a run from Royce Schaber.  He tries to release him with a long ball over the top, and Royce Schaber runs on to the ball.  Royce Schaber looks to shoot the ball into the top of the net...and its in! It's a lovely goal from Royce Schaber for Schalke!  The ball went in off the underside of the crossbar!

52' - Garin Dau plays a short pass to Aksel Matzinger.  Aksel Matzinger finds Reinhart Heinitz with a short pass.  Arnot Pfefferkorn successfully tackles Reinhart Heinitz and takes the ball.  Arnot Pfefferkorn sees a run from Steffen Pell.  He tries to split the defence with a throughball, and Steffen Pell is able to control the ball.  Steffen Pell attempts a shot...but its wide!

56' - There is going to be a subsitution.  Albrecht Ammon will come off.  Baldwin Achatz is going to be brought on.

Arnot Pfefferkorn will take the corner.  He whips the ball into the box, but no one is able to get to the ball.  

63' - Ross Massing crosses the ball into the box, but Adolphe Arber intercepts and clears the ball.  

70' - Goddard Marzani dispossesses Baldwin Achatz and the ball goes loose.  Schalke try to launch a quick counter attack.  Royce Schaber plays a short pass to Steffen Pell.  Steffen Pell slides the ball to Ross Massing.  Ross Massing shoots from distance towards goal...but the shot is saved by Hunfried Stoeger!  

77' - There is going to be a subsitution.  Willifrid Joachim is going to be taken off.  Ber Stroh is going to be brought on.  

78' - Goddard Marzani tries to beat Aksel Matzinger using his ball skills, but is brought down illegally.    The referee has no hesitation in showing Aksel Matzinger the yellow card. That will be a freekick for Schalke.  

79' - Arnot Pfefferkorn steps up to take the freekick.  He sends the ball into the box, but Hunfried Stoeger intercepts and clears the ball.  

81' - Ross Massing tries to use ball skills to beat Adolphe Arber, and manages to skip past his opponent!  

81' - Ross Massing strikes the ball...but Hunfried Stoeger manages to stop the shot!  

83' - There is going to be a subsitution.  It looks like Adalberto Juedes is going to be taken off.  Terrall Meiser joins the game from the bench.  

84' - Hunfried Stoeger sees a run from Tahbert Stifel.  He attempts a long ball over the top, but Tahbert Stifel has strayed offside!
