That's a fine goal from the Bidvest Wits player!  The keeper had no chance!

38' - Sergeant Barthez finds Varden Houdon with a short pass.  Varden Houdon plays the ball to Percival Oliphant.  Percival Oliphant finds Sergeant Barthez with a long pass.  Sergeant Barthez sees a run from Sid Normandin.  He attempts a quick throughball, and Sid Normandin is able to control the ball.  Sid Normandin hits a shot towards goal...but the keeper manages to parry the shot!  Paul Modjeka gets to the ball first and clears.

49' - Varden Houdon finds Barbabe Cohen with a short pass.  Barbabe Cohen passes to Varden Houdon.  Varden Houdon tries to beat Paul Kibonge using his ball skills and succeeds, neatly slipping past the opposing player!  

50' - Varden Houdon sees Sid Normandin making a run.  He attempts to play a throughball, but the linesman raises his flag for offside!  

54' - Varden Houdon slides the ball to Sid Normandin.  Sid Normandin hits the ball from outside the area towards goal...but Jack Madiata performs a diving save, to stop the shot!
