12' - Andy Aloso whips in a cross, but the ball misses everyone.  

14' - John Bain hits the ball long to Edward Ahearn.  With a turn of pace, Edward Ahearn beats Joel Abraham.  

16' - Edward Ahearn tries to hit a long range shot past the keeper...but the shot is stopped by the keeper!  He is unable to hold it though...Connor Sheedy manages to clear the ball for the defending team.

21' - Mervyn Cooper finds Joel Abraham with a short pass.  Joel Abraham finds Edward Musgrave with a short pass.  Edward Musgrave finds Joey MacIntyre with a short pass.  Joey MacIntyre crosses the ball, finding Joel Abraham.  Joel Abraham gets above the defence and heads the ball down towards the bottom corner...but the ball flies wide of the post!

26' - Patrick Gwenn tackles Mervyn Cooper and the ball goes loose.  Joey MacIntyre passes to Edward Musgrave.  Edward Musgrave looks to shoot from distance into the top of the net...but the shot sails over the bar!

30' - Mervyn Cooper sees a run from Andy Aloso.  He attempts to release him with a throughball, and Andy Aloso takes the ball.  Andy Aloso shoots towards goal...but Joshua Sneden stops the shot!  He can't hold it though...Richard Gwenn manages to clear the ball for the defending team.

36' - Sean Barlas plays a long pass to Mervyn Cooper.  Mervyn Cooper spots a run from Connor Sheedy.  He attempts a long throughball to his teammate, and Connor Sheedy is able to take the ball.  Connor Sheedy looks to hit the ball past the keeper...but the keeper dives and manages to stop the shot!  

45' - Mike Kearney attempts to beat Alexander McCard using his skills, but is tripped.    The referee pulls out the yellow card to book Alexander McCard.  That will be a freekick for Southport.  

47' - Richard Gwenn will take the freekick.  He sends the ball into the box, and manages to find Jay Gary.  Jay Gary jumps up to head the ball towards goal...but it hits the upright!  Alexander McCard is first to the loose ball and is able to clear.

47' - The referee blows the whistle for half time. 

47' - Southport kick the ball off for the restart.  

51' - There is going to be a subsitution.  Sean Barlas is going to be taken off.  Robert Wilde is brought on from the bench.  

53' - There is going to be a subsitution.  Connor Sheedy will come off.  Harry Greeson is going to be brought on.  

54' - Andy Aloso attempts to use his skills to beat Will Akinlade.  The opposing player is sent the wrong way and Andy Aloso runs with the ball!  

57' - Will Akinlade successfully tackles Andy Aloso and the ball goes loose.  Joey MacIntyre sees Joel Abraham making a run.  He tries to split the defence with a throughball, and Joel Abraham is able to control the ball.  Joel Abraham tries to strike the ball into the corner of the net...but the shot is deflected out of play by the keeper!  The linesman flags for a corner for  Long Eaton.  Joey MacIntyre will take the corner.  He curves the ball into the box and finds Mervyn Cooper.  Mervyn Cooper gets above the defence and directs a header towards goal...but the shot goes over!

58' - Joshua Sneden sees Edward Ahearn making a run.  He tries to release him with a long ball over the top, but Edward Ahearn is unable to control the ball!  

59' - There is going to be a subsitution.  Will Akinlade is going to be taken off.  John Doyle is brought on from the bench.  

59' - Ewan McNee sees a run from Joel Abraham.  He tries to split the defence with a throughball, but the linesman signals for offside!  

62' - Richard Gwenn finds Morgan McChesney with a long ball.  Morgan McChesney attempts to shoot from distance into the corner of the net...but it hits the upright!  Robert Wilde gets to the ball first and clears.

66' - Alexander McCard successfully tackles Jay Gary and takes possession.  Alexander McCard plays a short pass to Robert Wilde.  Robert Wilde plays a long ball to Mervyn Cooper.  Mervyn Cooper sees a run from Joel Abraham.  He attempts to play him through with a quick ball, but the linesman raises his flag for offside!  

71' - Long Eaton try to launch a quick counter attack.  Alexander McCard passes the ball to Mervyn Cooper.  Mervyn Cooper hits the ball long to Edward Musgrave.  Edward Musgrave slides the ball to Harry Greeson.  Harry Greeson slides the ball to Andy Aloso.  Andy Aloso whips in a cross, but the ball misses everyone.

73' - Joel Abraham sees a run from Joey MacIntyre.  He attempts to release him with a throughball, but the linesman signals for offside!  

76' - There is going to be a subsitution.  Andy Aloso is going to be taken off.  Robert Carruth is brought on from the bench.  

78' - Alexander McCard passes the ball to Robert Carruth.  Edward Ahearn dispossesses Robert Carruth and gains possession for his team.  Edward Ahearn speeds past Joel Abraham.

Edward Musgrave curves the ball into the box, and manages to find Robert Carruth.  Robert Carruth tries to strike the ball into the top of the net...and Robert Carruth scores!  Its a goal for Long Eaton!  The ball flew past the helpless goalkeeper!
