The diving keeper couldn't get near the ball!

29' - Gordon Murray stands over the ball, preparing to take the freekick.  He curves the ball into the box, finding Paul MacPhail.  Paul MacPhail strikes the ball...and its in! It's a lovely goal from Paul MacPhail for Falkirk!  The keeper got a hand to the ball but couldn't stop the shot!

37' - Gordon Murray uses his pace to beat Alexander McCloud.  

39' - Gordon Murray sees Paul MacPhail making a run.  He attempts to play him through with a quick ball, and Paul MacPhail takes the ball.  Paul MacPhail tries to strike the ball into the top of the net...and Paul MacPhail scores!  That's a wonderful goal from the Falkirk player!  The ball flew past the helpless goalkeeper!

39' - Inverness kick the ball off for the restart.  

44' - George McVean plays the ball to Robert McCray.  Robert McCray passes to Jim Laidlaw.  Gordon Murray successfully tackles Jim Laidlaw and gains possession for his team.  Gordon Murray looks to hit a long range shot past the keeper...but the shot is saved by the keeper!

76' - Bart Phillippe dispossesses David Heriot and the ball goes loose.  Dave Farrell finds Alex McCracken with a long pass.  Alex McCracken whips in a cross, and manages to find Alexander McAleese.  Robert Miller impedes Alexander McAleese...and the referee immediately blows his whistle - its a penalty!  Paul MacPhail steps up to take the penalty.  He attempts  to strike the ball down the middle...but the keeper manages to parry the shot!  Alex McWatters pounces on the loose ball...Alex McWatters attempts a shot, aiming for the top of the net...but its over!

77' - Colin Laidlaw sees David Heriot making a run.  He tries to release him with a long throughball, but the linesman raises his flag for offside!  

84' - Bart Phillippe finds Tom McCants with a long pass.  Tom McCants curves the ball into the box and finds Paul MacPhail.  Gavin McCartney impedes Paul MacPhail.  The referee blows his whistle and points to the spot!  Paul MacPhail places the ball to take the penalty.  He attempts  to strike the ball down the middle...but Colin Laidlaw stops the shot!  He can't hold it though...Alexander McCloud manages to clear the ball for the defending team.
