He attempts a long ball over the top, and Paul Doyle is able to control the ball.  Paul Doyle tries to strike the ball into the corner of the net...but the shot is offtarget!

7' - Glynn Phenix passes a long ball to Brin Osmond.  Brin Osmond plays the ball to Michael Phoenix.  Michael Phoenix tries to beat Henry McCalmon using his ball skills, and is able to dribble past his opponent!  

8' - Michael Phoenix sees Frank Dunlop making a run.  He attempts to play a throughball, and Frank Dunlop is able to control the ball.  Frank Dunlop looks to strike the ball into the corner of the net...but the shot is parried by Jasper Balderston!  John Gubay gets to the ball first and clears.

10' - Bradley Smith finds Ian Pryce with a long ball.  Ian Pryce curves the ball into the box, but opposing player Seth Kemp takes possession.  

13' - Seth Kemp finds Arnie Whelan with a long pass.  Arnie Whelan passes to Mick Nichol.  Mick Nichol spots a run from Seth Kemp.  He attempts a long ball over the top, but the linesman raises his flag for offside!  

15' - Davie Gilmour passes to Frank Dunlop.  Frank Dunlop speeds past John Gwilliam.  

18' - Frank Dunlop passes the ball to Ian Pryce.  Ian Pryce curves the ball into the box, but the ball is overhit and misses everyone.  

19' - Alec Liebenberg takes the ball past Arnie Whelan with a turn of pace.  

20' - Alec Liebenberg crosses the ball into the box, finding Michael Phoenix.  Michael Phoenix heads the ball attempting to beat Jasper Balderston...but the keeper manages to parry the shot!  Arnie Whelan is first to the loose ball and is able to clear.

24' - Andy Platini successfully tackles Paul Doyle and gains possession for his team.  Andy Platini chips a long ball to Ian Pryce.  Ian Pryce sees a run from Alec Liebenberg.  He attempts to play him through with a quick ball, but the linesman signals for offside!  

28' - Michael Phoenix tackles John Gubay and the ball goes loose.  Frank Dunlop dispossesses Henry McCalmon and takes possession.  Frank Dunlop tries to strike a long range shot into the top of the net...and its in! It's a tremendous goal from Frank Dunlop for QPR!  The ball went in off the upright!

29' - Cambridge kick the ball off for the restart.  

43' - Arnie Whelan finds Seth Kemp with a long pass.  Seth Kemp attempts to strike a long range shot into the top of the net...but the shot is saved by the keeper!  

45' - The referee blows the whistle for half time. 

46' - QPR kick the ball off for the start of the second half.  

53' - Paul Doyle finds John Gwilliam with a short pass.  John Gwilliam sees Mick Nichol making a run.  He attempts to play a throughball, and Mick Nichol is able to control the ball.  Mick Nichol looks to strike the ball into the top of the net...and Mick Nichol scores!  Its a goal for Cambridge!  The keeper couldn't get near the ball!

53' - There is going to be a subsitution.  It looks like Arnie Whelan is going to be taken off.  Pat Elliot is brought on from the bench.

Andy Platini tackles Aaron MacKay and the ball goes loose.  Andy Platini curves the ball into the box, but the ball misses everyone.  

73' - Frank Dunlop attempts to use his skills to beat Gyn Braddick, and manages to dribble past his opponent!  

74' - With a turn of pace, Frank Dunlop beats Pat Elliot.  

74' - Frank Dunlop curls in a cross, but Henry McCalmon intercepts the ball.  

76' - There is going to be a subsitution.  Alec Liebenberg will come off.  Ron McPhatter is going to be brought on.  

78' - There is going to be a subsitution.  Seth Kemp will come off.  Jamie McCabe is going to be brought on.  

80' - Ron McPhatter passes the ball to Andy Platini.  Andy Platini looks to shoot from distance into the corner of the net...and Andy Platini scores!  That's a nice goal from the QPR player!  The keeper got a hand to the ball but couldn't stop the shot!
