42' - Marcelino Van de Nieuwenhuyzen stands over the ball, preparing to take the freekick.  He lifts the ball into the box and finds Geirnaert Van der Plaetse.  Geirnaert Van der Plaetse heads the ball attempting to beat Daan Van Guyse...but the keeper manages to tip the shot over the crossbar!  The linesman flags for a corner for  Feyenoord.  Marcelino Van de Nieuwenhuyzen places the ball to take the corner.  He hits the ball into the box, but the ball is overhit and misses everyone.  

44' - Geirnaert Van der Plaetse curls in a cross, finding Marcelino Van de Nieuwenhuyzen.  Marcelino Van de Nieuwenhuyzen gets above the defence and heads the ball down towards the bottom corner...but the shot hits the upright!  Pancho Valero is first to the loose ball and is able to clear.

45' - Juan Borge tries to beat Marijnis Lenaert using his ball skills, but is illegally impeded.    The referee is reaching for a card.  It's yellow. Marijnis Lenaert has been booked.  That will be a freekick for Alkmaar.  

46' - The referee blows the whistle for half time.

62' - Daan Van Guyse finds Balte Lame with a long ball.  Balte Lame plays the ball to Pulle Zuneman.  Gijzelbrecht Van de Watre dispossesses Pulle Zuneman and takes the ball.  Gijzelbrecht Van de Watre sees Ignßc Nedbalek making a run.  He attempts a quick throughball, and Ignßc Nedbalek is able to take the ball.  Ignßc Nedbalek reaches the byline and attempts a cutback, but the keeper, Daan Van Guyse, manages to get to the ball first!
