43' - George Mitchell plays a long pass to Eric McSorley.  Eric McSorley sees Tom Paterson making a run.  He attempts a quick throughball, but the linesman signals for offside!  

45' - The referee blows the whistle for half time.

He tries to split the defence with a throughball, and Andrew McBeath runs on to the ball.  Andrew McBeath attempts to place the ball past the keeper...but Andrew McBain deflects the shot out of play.  The linesman signals its a corner for Irvine FC.  Gordon McComb will take the corner.  He curves the ball into the box, but no one is able to get to the ball.  

88' - Andrew McBeath curves the ball into the box, finding Jim MacIntyre.  John Buik fouls Jim MacIntyre.  The referee blows his whistle and points to the spot!  Peter Morris prepares to take the penalty.  He tries  to power the ball into the top corner...but the shot goes over!

91' - Tom Paterson successfully tackles Peter Morris and takes possession.  Tom Paterson speeds past Fraser McPhaul.
