Pedro Coito jumps up to head the ball down towards the bottom corner...but the shot is saved by Paco Sotelo!  

40' - Porfio Gramajo plays the ball to Juan Rendon.  Juan Rendon plays the ball to Gabriel Piedrahita.  Gabriel Piedrahita passes to Vakhtang Lylozyan.  Juan Medel successfully tackles Vakhtang Lylozyan and gains possession for his team.  Juan Medel passes a long ball to Fausto Najarro.  Fausto Najarro sees a run from Rodrigo Cea.  He tries to split the defence with a throughball, but the linesman raises his flag for offside!  

46' - Salvador Baena passes to Fausto Najarro.  Fausto Najarro spots a run from Ramiro Atencio.  He attempts a long throughball to his teammate, and Ramiro Atencio runs on to the ball.  Ramiro Atencio looks to strike the ball into the top of the net...but the shot is tipped over the crossbar by Paco Sotelo!  That will be a corner for  River Plate.
