Scott Berne jumps up and gets his head to the ball hoping to beat Ron Souter...but the ball flies over the bar!

30' - Marc Wayne plays a long pass to David McCrae.  David McCrae curls in a cross, but no one is able to get to the ball.  

36' - Aaron Mabin passes to Paul Coats.  Paul Coats runs with the ball, beating Amer Idris.  

39' - Rayleigh launch a counter attack.  Sam Welsh dispossesses James Polston and takes possession.  Carlton attempt to counter.  Sam Welsh whips in a cross and finds Harry MacNeill.  Harry MacNeill is impeded by Phil Gracie.  The referee blows his whistle and points to the spot!  Scott Berne places the ball to take the penalty.  He tries  to power the ball into the top corner...and Scott Berne scores!  That's an excellent goal from the Carlton player!  The shot hit the post and into the net.  The keeper had no chance!

39' - Rayleigh kick the ball off for the restart.  

42' - David McCrae plays a short pass to Kieran Mulryan.  Kieran Mulryan finds Lloyd Boward with a short pass.  Lloyd Boward passes a long ball to Marcus Bell.  Marcus Bell spots a run from James Polston.  He tries to split the defence with a throughball, but James Polston has strayed offside!  

45' - The referee blows the whistle for half time.

72' - Amer Idris tries to hit a long range shot...and its in! Its a goal for Rayleigh!  The keeper got a hand to the ball but couldn't stop the shot!

76' - Aaron Mabin takes the ball past Kieran Mulryan with a turn of pace.  

76' - Aaron Mabin spots a run from Alan Coghlan.  He tries to release him with a long throughball, but the linesman raises his flag for offside!
