I've just realised no youth academy matches are being played as I forgot to set up the divisions. They'll be played from next season.

Seems like there ist no 750-1000 potential players spawning in the youth academy of Serviette. Ist this a bug or just bad luck?

It does take a while after upgrades complete for that to ripple through to giving you decent players.

Yes I know but even after the upgrades are complete it takes a long time for players to emerge at the top level. If you train from nine years old it takes years for kids introduced to your academy at the top level to emerge as teenage players.

Speaking of 750-1000 potential, BSC Old Boys have signed a promising young striker. A cast off from a Spanish club's world class youth academy. Old Boys also made offers to two young Russian free agents, but the Swiss government blocked those transactions saying they didn't qualify for work permits. Kind of bullshit if you ask me...

I have a lot of 27+ years worthless players with acontracts that are ridiculous in lenght and wage! And I can't release them for free so my finances are really troubled because of that, I don't know why I have a squad of more then 30 players, , it also seems that for some reason they all have long contracts when i took over the team standing below the bottomline in Challenger league (2nd div). And yes, I was aware of that problem when I took over, but I didn't expect so much trouble of getting rid of those useless players. Is this some kind of bug like the youith that's not playing any games this season+??? Thanks for replying allready, greetz

if you put them on the transferlist, and they dont get sold, after 6 month they offer releasing for free.

Yeah this is the first season of Switzerland and I forgot to set up the youth leagues. I've set them up for next season.

It will take 3 seasons to get rid of all my crapp players. So, Geneve, my team, will stay at the last position until than.... They are all on the transfer list, but I think that nobody will buy them....

As i said, after 6 month on transfer list, you can release the player for free. Very helpful to get rid of players that doesnt help you.
