16' - Dave Toller spots a run from Matthew McCleod.  He attempts to release him with a throughball, but Matthew McCleod is caught offside!  

22' - Halifax try to launch a quick counter attack.  Dave Toller finds Stuart Myles with a long ball.  Stuart Myles sees a run from Matthew McCleod.  He tries to release him with a throughball, and Matthew McCleod is able to take the ball.  Matthew McCleod looks to slide the ball past the keeper...but the shot is tipped around the post by Jacob McNeil!  The linesman signals its a corner for Halifax.  Alan McQuary places the ball to take the corner.  He sends the ball into the box and finds Antwan Gorry. 27' - Stuart Myles plays a long pass to Dave Toller.  Dave Toller brings the ball forward, attempting to outpace Malcolm Speed, but is brought down.    The referee has no hesitation in showing Malcolm Speed the yellow card. That will be a freekick for Halifax.  

28' - Stuart Myles will take the freekick.  He curls the ball into the box and finds Matthew McCleod.  Matthew McCleod powers a header attempting to beat the keeper...and Matthew McCleod scores!  That's a fine goal from the Halifax player!  The keeper got a touch but it wasn't enough!

36' - Halifax try to launch a quick counter attack.  Leeroy Rogerson hits the ball long to Bruce Musgrave.  Bruce Musgrave tries to beat Malcolm Speed using his ball skills, but is then fouled.    The referee is reaching for a card.  It's yellow, but Malcolm Speed has already been booked. The referee follows with a red card and sends the player off! That will be a freekick for Halifax.  

38' - Bruce Musgrave passes the ball to Alan McQuary.  Alan McQuary tries to shoot from distance into the top of the net...but it hits the upright!  Antwan Gorry is first to the loose ball...Antwan Gorry hits the ball towards goal...but the shot is saved by the keeper!  

45' - Stuart Myles tackles Nathan McCrae and takes the ball.  Stuart Myles finds Leeroy Rogerson with a long ball.  Leeroy Rogerson passes to Matthew McCleod.  Matthew McCleod speeds past Brin Symington.  

45' - Matthew McCleod curls in a cross, but he only manages to find opposing player Brin Symington.
