The keeper got a hand to the ball but couldn't stop the shot!

34' - William MacLean plays a long pass to Vincent McBride.  Rich Weatherspoon successfully tackles Vincent McBride and the ball goes loose.  Sammy Langland finds Joshua Riley with a long ball.  Joshua Riley finds Zach Rees with a long ball.  With a turn of pace, Zach Rees beats Rob McCleese, but is then fouled.  That will be a freekick for Basildon.  

36' - Zach Rees will take the freekick.  He curls the ball into the box and finds Rich Weatherspoon.  Rich Weatherspoon jumps up to head the ball towards the top corner...but the keeper manages to tip the shot over the crossbar!  That will be a corner for  Basildon.  Zach Rees will take the corner.  He sends the ball into the box and finds Michael Fylan.  Michael Fylan gets above the defence and heads the ball down towards the bottom corner...but the shot is saved by the keeper!  

38' - William MacLean plays a short pass to Alastair Rodie.  Alastair Rodie hits a shot from long range towards goal...but the shot is offtarget!

44' - Rich Weatherspoon finds Colin McPheeters with a long ball.  Colin McPheeters plays a short pass to Michael Fylan.  Michael Fylan slides the ball to Zach Rees. 51' - Fionn Finnegan curls in a cross and finds Michael Fylan.  Michael Fylan attempts to hit the ball past the keeper...but the shot is saved by Ceri Perkins!

68' - Rich Weatherspoon will take the freekick.  He curls the ball into the box, and manages to find Michael Fylan.  Michael Fylan jumps up and gets his head to the ball towards goal...but the keeper manages to parry the shot!  Neil McCombie is first to the ball and makes the clearance.

71' - William MacLean tackles Fionn Flanagan and the ball goes loose.  Atherton launch a counter attack.  William MacLean finds Jim McClennen with a short pass.  Jim McClennen crosses the ball into the box, finding William MacLean.  William MacLean attempts to strike the ball into the top of the net...but the shot is saved by the keeper!  

75' - Michael Dooyum hits the ball long to Rob McCleese.  Rob McCleese runs with the ball, beating George Heffernan.  

76' - Rob McCleese fires a shot from distance, aiming for the top of the net...but the keeper manages to stop the shot!  

77' - Chris Envoh plays a long pass to Fionn Flanagan.  Fionn Flanagan sees a run from Zach Rees.  He attempts to play him through with a quick ball, but the linesman signals for offside!

90' - Ian Winstone crosses the ball, finding Zach Rees.  Michael Sommer brings down Zach Rees...and the referee blows his whistle and signals a penalty!  Michael Fylan will take the penalty.  He attempts  to hit the ball into the bottom corner...but the shot goes wide!
