33' - Thomas Brewster will take the freekick.  He lifts the ball into the box, and manages to find Ed Weir.  Ed Weir powers a header down towards the bottom corner...but Thomas MacGowan performs a diving save, to stop the shot!  

40' - Patrick McBurnett chips a long ball to Hayden Handyside.  Hayden Handyside sees Ron McWaters making a run.  He attempts to play him through with a quick ball, but the linesman signals for offside!  

42' - Ed Weir plays a long pass to Lee Tolmie.  Lee Tolmie takes the ball past Martin McRae with a turn of pace.  

44' - Lee Tolmie crosses the ball into the box, finding Thomas Brewster.  Thomas Brewster flicks a header towards the top corner...but the shot is tipped over the crossbar by Thomas MacGowan!  That will be a corner for  Dundee Utd.  Dai MacKechnie gets ready to take the corner.  He sends the ball into the box, finding Ed Weir.  Ed Weir powers a header towards goal...but the keeper manages to stop the shot!
