35' - Dan Madden finds Robert Flanagan with a long ball.  Robert Flanagan crosses the ball, and manages to find David McLeod.  David McLeod looks to strike the ball into the top of the net...but the keeper manages to stop the shot!

42' - Dan Madden passes a long ball to David McLeod.  David McLeod speeds past Eddie Valentine.  

43' - David McLeod whips in a cross and finds Nicholas Banjo.  Nicholas Banjo looks to shoot the ball into the corner of the net...but Vince Craddock performs a diving save, to stop the shot!

David McLeod tries to use ball skills to beat Peter Brydon.  The opposing player is sent the wrong way and David McLeod runs with the ball!

Robert Flanagan hits a shot, aiming for the corner of the net...and its in! It's a lovely goal from Robert Flanagan for Southend!  The keeper got a hand to the ball but couldn't stop the shot!
