1' - Raith kick the ball off for the start of the game.  

7' - Joseph McOsker plays the ball to David MacGeorge.  David MacGeorge slides the ball to Anton McCardell.  Anton McCardell finds Ron Mears with a long ball.  Ron Mears crosses the ball, and manages to find Joseph McOsker.  Joseph McOsker shoots towards goal...but Patrick Noyce stops the shot!  He can't hold it though...Frank Cormack gets to the ball first and clears.

8' - Hamish McNeill tries to beat Harry MacKechnie using his ball skills, and manages to slip past his opponent!  

8' - Hamish McNeill spots a run from Denton Buik.  He tries to release him with a long ball over the top, but the linesman signals for offside!  

13' - Joseph McOsker plays a long ball to David MacGeorge.  David MacGeorge passes a long ball to Harry MacKechnie.  Harry MacKechnie spots a run from Jim MacEwen.  He attempts to release him with a throughball, but the linesman signals for offside!  

19' - Andrew Haughey plays a long ball to Hamish McNeill.  Hamish McNeill spots a run from Frank Cormack.  He tries to release him with a long throughball, but Frank Cormack has strayed offside!  

21' - Joseph McOsker chips a long ball to David MacGeorge.  David MacGeorge attempts to outskill Andrew Haughey, but is then fouled.    The referee has no hesitation in showing Andrew Haughey the yellow card. That will be a freekick for Raith.  

22' - Joseph McOsker stands over the ball, preparing to take the freekick.  He curves the ball into the box, and manages to find David MacGeorge.  David MacGeorge tries to shoot the ball into the top of the net...but the keeper manages to stop the shot!  

41' - David MacArthur plays a short pass to Denton Buik.  Denton Buik curves the ball into the box, but he only manages to find opposing player Ron Mears.  

45' - Ron Mears finds Anton McCardell with a long ball.  Anton McCardell passes the ball to Harry MacKechnie.  Harry MacKechnie passes to Fraser Cormack.  Fraser Cormack tries to use ball skills to beat Frank Cormack, and manages to skip past his opponent!  

45' - The referee blows the whistle for half time. 

46' - Montrose kick the ball off for the start of the second half.  

50' - David MacArthur finds George McAda with a short pass.  George McAda plays a short pass to Alexander Connelly.  Alexander Connelly finds Hamish McNeill with a long ball.  Hamish McNeill sees a run from Frank Cormack.  He tries to release him with a long ball over the top, but Frank Cormack is caught offside!  

58' - Eric McDonald dispossesses Harry MacKechnie and gains possession for his team.  Montrose launch a counter attack.  Eric McDonald sees a run from Hamish McNeill.  He attempts to play a throughball, but the linesman raises his flag for offside!  

64' - Joseph McOsker passes to Fraser Cormack.  David MacArthur tackles Fraser Cormack and the ball goes loose.  Fraser Cormack looks to strike a long range shot into the top of the net...but the ball hits the post!  Frank Cormack is first to the ball and makes the clearance.

66' - Ron Mears sees Fraser Cormack making a run.  He attempts a long ball over the top, but the linesman raises his flag for offside!  

72' - Anton McCardell passes to Gareth Barrett.  Gareth Barrett spots a run from Jim MacEwen.  He attempts a long ball over the top, and Jim MacEwen runs on to the ball.  Jim MacEwen attempts to strike the ball into the corner of the net...but the ball hits the post!  Alexander Connelly is first to the loose ball and is able to clear.

74' - There is going to be a subsitution.  It looks like George McAda is going to be taken off.  Gavin McCalmon is going to be brought on.  

76' - There is going to be a subsitution.  David MacGeorge will come off.  Arnie McCaig joins the game from the bench.

82' - Raith try to launch a quick counter attack.  Arnie McCaig spots a run from Mark Aitkens.  He attempts a long throughball to his teammate, but Mark Aitkens is caught offside!  

90' - Frank Cormack passes a long ball to Hamish McNeill.  Hamish McNeill plays a short pass to Denton Buik.  Joseph McOsker dispossesses Denton Buik and gains possession for his team.  Joseph McOsker tries to use ball skills to beat David MacArthur and succeeds, neatly slipping past the opposing player!  

91' - Joseph McOsker tries to shoot the ball into the top of the net...but the shot is stopped by the keeper!  He is unable to hold it though...Jim MacEwen is first to the ball...Jim MacEwen tries to slide the ball past the keeper...and its in! It's a great goal from Jim MacEwen for Raith!  The keeper got a hand to the ball but it wasn't enough!

91' - The referee blows the whistle for full time. 



The match has ended Raith 1 - 0 Montrose.
